Thursday, January 7 at 6;30 p.m. – Ages 8 and up, please register.

Make-it, Take-it Winter Craft
Saturday, January 9 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. – All ages, drop-in.

Pajama Storytime
Thursday, January 14 at 6:30 p.m. – Ages 9 and under, please register. Come dressed in your pajamas for stories, songs and related activities.

Big Ryan’s Tall Tales
Thursday, January 21 at 11:00 a.m. – Bring your young ones for stories & songs with Ryan Racette, a great time for you and your young ones. Sponsored by the Coordinated Family & Community Engagement Council with a grant from the Department of Early Education and Care of Massachusetts.

Thursday Page Turners – New time!
Thursday, January 14 at 2:00 p.m. - The Thursday Page Turners will meet on the second Thursday of each month at 2:00 in the Small Meeting Room. January’s book is The Lace Reader by Brunonia Barry. From Publisher’s Weekly, “Towner Whitney, a dazed young woman descended from a long line of mind readers and fortune tellers, has survived numerous traumas and returned to her hometown of Salem, MA to recover. Any tranquility in her life is short-lived when her beloved great-aunt Eva drowns under circumstances suggesting foul play.” Copies of the book will be available at the Circulation Desk. All are welcome and refreshments will be served.

Library Knitters
Tuesdays from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. – Bring your current knitting project along with something to eat or drink, and we’ll all knit together! New members always welcome.

Ancestry Library Edition
The Carver Public Library now has the Ancestry Library Edition database available on the computers in the library. Discover your ancestors with the world’s largest family history website. The Ancestry databases provide key tools for researching family genealogy including: Census records 1790-1930, US Immigration Collection, The Birth, Marriage & Death Records (SSDI), and the UK and Ireland Collections.
